Nick Grimshaw, Rita Ora and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini have been unveiled as the new judging panel alongside Simon Cowell on The X Factor.
Grimshaw and Ora have replaced Mel B and Louis Walsh – who announced earlier this year that he was stepping down to focus on his career as a music manager.
The news was announced via the ITV show’s official Twitter account this morning.
Alongside celebratory emojis the post read: “New #XFactorJudges panel REVEALED: @grimmers @RitaOra @CherylOfficial @SimonCowell.”

Radio One DJ Grimshaw and Poison singer Ora were tipped to be the new judges.
Ora – who starred as a judge on BBC One’s The Voice and previously appeared on The X Factor as a guest judge in 2012 – said she is “excited” to take up the challenge.
“I am excited to be coming back to The X Factor – I had a ball here in 2012. This is a journey I can’t wait to embark on to find some talented singers. It’s the new generation taking over. Booooom,” she said.
Grimshaw – who is a huge fan of the show – said: “I love X Factor and have watched the series religiously since it started, so obviously I’m hugely excited to be joining the show.
“Music is my job and my passion and I’m really looking forward to seeing what talent we can find and nurture this year. I can’t wait for Judges Houses in Oldham!”
