The ceramic workshop of Michael Laventzakis was founded in 1980 as a small family business in Chania, which over the years has managed to raise the quality, to grow the range and create one of the finest ceramics art workshops in Crete.
The designs are inspired by Greek Folk Art. They are entirely handmade, with techniques that revive the Greek folk pottery.
They are tested and certified by CERECO and selected for the EOMMEX collection (Greek artisan creations).
We specialize in practical, handmade (all at the potter’s wheel), high quality ceramics for everyday home or office use.
We offer a great variety of dishes, mugs, vases, lamps, salad bowls, pots,”giouvetsi” pots, fruit bowls, bowls, cups, teapots, candle holders, set of wine, raki, table, flasks, jars, the rare justice mug, margiolika and ocarina.

We guarantee for genuine handmade work, for use in the microwave and the dishwasher (on all our items).
The products of the workshop are directly available in the Greek market and abroad in selected shops.
